December 11, 2025 · Forge · Forge: established the documentation hub structure

Created the Forge hub concept and carved it into Logs, Proof, Skills, and Runbooks with consistent navigation and shared UI.

docs seo site-structure

Problem

AEGIS needed a single source of truth for progress and credibility without looking like a product site.

Build

  • Defined Forge as the evidence hub (logs/proof/skills/runbooks).
  • Updated site structure to keep modules isolated and documentation centralized.
  • Wrote Forge landing page to set expectations: proof over hype.

Verify

  • Forge page loads with shared CSS/JS (no module-specific assets).
  • Internal links route correctly: /forge/logs, /forge/proof, /forge/skills, /forge/runbooks.
  • Page remains fast and readable on mobile.

Next

  • Add first real log entry tied to an actual build (Catalyst or Sentinel).
  • Create Proof index structure for screenshots/diagrams.
  • Create Skills map that links to this log + proof artifacts.

Next: Proof and Skills

Proof should contain screenshots/diagrams/benchmarks that link back to specific log entries. Skills should link to both the log and the proof artifact.
